What exactly does a flow do?+
It chains several computational steps (fine-tune models; generate images; transform data; etc.). Basically, if it involves uploading photos of yourself, it will train a model to learn your physical appearance and then use it to generate images or other outputs.
What inputs do I need?+
If the flow requires uploading images of yourself, aim for the requested amount of clear photos and high resolution images of the same person, shot in different angles and lighting. Avoid filters, sunglasses or heavy makeup.
How long will it take?+
A typical model training takes ~40 min, but the amount of generated images and other outputs can extend the total considerably. A flow that trains a model and generates 100 images usually takes about 1 hour. Heavy queues can extend the total, but youâll see a progress bar while it runs.
How much does it cost?+
The price you see on the Run button is all-inclusiveâmodel training, GPU time, storage and creator margin. No hidden fees after you click.

Is my payment secure?+
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number; we only keep a transaction reference.
Will my photos or other inputs be public or reused?+
No. Your uploads live in a private bucket for 7 days and are then permanently deleted. They are never added to public datasets.
Can I delete my data sooner?+
It is automatically deleted after 7 days. We don't support manual deletion of data at the moment. If you need it deleted sooner, please contact the flow creator using the address on the footer of this page or email support@lensless.io with your run ID.
results & usage
Do I keep the copyright to the images and other outputs?+
Yes. You own the outputs you generate (subject to the original inputs not infringing anyoneâs rights). Feel free to print, post or sell them.
Where can I download the results?+
If the flow creator included a zipper step, when the run finishes youâll see a button that bundles every image into a ZIP. Individual images and objects can be saved one-by-one, too.
troubleshooting
What if the run fails?+
If you get and error and the flow doesn't complete, you will be refunded the full amount automatically. Please note that due to the nature of AI models, results can be unpredictable and are highly dependent on the inputs.
Why are my images blurry or don't look like me?+
Blurriness usually means too few high-resolution inputs. Re-upload sharper, centred shots. If the flow is not generating images that look like you, it is likely that the pictures you uploaded don't have you as the main subject in a clear way.
